Recharge Service Agreement

This Recharge Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between LokIok (hereinafter referred to as "the App") and you (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "the user") regarding the recharge of "Silver Fish" (hereinafter referred to as "Recharge Service") and the purchase of services within the App. Please read this Agreement carefully before using the Recharge Service. By proceeding with the recharge, you acknowledge that you have fully understood and accepted this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms.


1. Service Description

  1. Service Content
    LokIok provides users with the ability to recharge "Silver Fish", which can be used to purchase specific services within the App (e.g., ad-free access, high-definition video privileges, etc.).

  2. Virtual Nature
    "Silver Fish" is a virtual product that can only be used within the App. It has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for legal currency, and is non-refundable.

  3. Recharge Methods
    Recharges must be completed through the legitimate payment methods provided within the App. LokIok is not responsible for recharges made through unauthorized channels.


2. Usage Rules

  1. Service Purchase
    You can use the recharged "Silver Fish" to purchase designated services or items within the App. Specific services and their details are subject to LokIok's official announcements.

  2. Validity Period
    "Silver Fish" is valid from the time it is successfully credited to your account. Any validity period or expiration conditions will be subject to LokIok's announcements or service descriptions.

  3. Non-transferability
    "Silver Fish" is for the sole use of the user who recharged it. It cannot be transferred, gifted, or traded.

  4. Prohibited Actions
    Users must not engage in actions that disrupt the recharge system, seek unauthorized financial gains, or violate laws and regulations. LokIok reserves the right to take measures including but not limited to freezing accounts or reclaiming balances in such cases.


3. Refund Policy

  1. Non-refundable
    "Silver Fish" is a virtual product. Once the recharge is completed successfully, the amount is non-refundable unless required by applicable laws and regulations.

  2. Special Circumstances
    In cases where the recharge fails or errors occur due to LokIok's system issues or operational mistakes, LokIok will assist in providing refunds or compensation as necessary.


4. User Rights and Obligations

  1. Lawful Use
    Users must comply with all applicable laws and LokIok's policies when recharging and using "Silver Fish." It is prohibited to use the service for any illegal activities.

  2. Accurate Information
    Users must ensure that all account and payment information provided during the recharge process is accurate, complete, and truthful. LokIok is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect user-provided information.

  3. Recharge Records
    LokIok will maintain records of your recharge history, which can be viewed within the App.


5. LokIok's Rights and Obligations

  1. Recharge Security
    LokIok is committed to providing secure recharge services through authorized channels and ensuring the safety of users' payment information.

  2. Service Adjustments
    LokIok reserves the right to adjust the price, usage rules, and other aspects of the "Silver Fish" recharge service. Any changes will be announced in the App.

  3. Limitation of Liability
    LokIok is not liable for delays or failures in the recharge process caused by external factors such as network disruptions, third-party payment service issues, or cyberattacks. However, LokIok will endeavor to resolve such issues promptly.


6. Breach of Agreement

  1. Account Measures
    If a user violates this Agreement or any other LokIok policies, LokIok reserves the right to suspend or terminate the user's account and take measures such as freezing balances or canceling services.

  2. Compensation for Damages
    Users are liable for any damages caused to LokIok as a result of their actions and may be required to provide compensation.


7. Modifications to the Agreement

LokIok reserves the right to amend the terms of this Agreement as necessary due to changes in laws, regulations, or operational requirements. Any amendments will be announced in the App and will take effect upon announcement. Continued use of the Recharge Service after amendments signifies acceptance of the new terms.


8. Dispute Resolution

  1. Applicable Law
    This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

  2. Dispute Handling
    Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall first be resolved through amicable negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes may be submitted to the competent court in the jurisdiction where LokIok operates.


9. Miscellaneous

  1. Unaddressed Matters
    For matters not covered in this Agreement, users shall refer to other related agreements or policies issued by LokIok.

  2. User Confirmation
    By using the Recharge Service, the user confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
